Vietnam Independence Day - How Travel ?

We are in Public holiday during 4 days, all state company will get off so: Bank, Hospital, Shool ... will be closed then re-open on 3rd of September.
For Tourist who are now travelling around Vietnam and withwhom are pretent to move to Vietnam within this time should know.
Some of your paper work to statement will be not issued that you have to wait till affter 3rd of September, 2019.
